This is an example of a room that I designed for a client. This board is a working document where I cut and paste, link items and collaborate with the clients in order to get the perfect feel for a space. I add paint color options as well as furniture and decor pieces. Once the items are approved for purchase, I will order or shop for different options.
Remodeling
Working with Rankey Remodeling allows me to do even more. Together, we can remodel your kitchen, bathroom or even whole house. The process is seamless. I will walk you through every step and you will be thrilled with the outcome!
We can transform any room in your house to fit any style. We use picture frame moulding to add depth, we aren’t afraid of color and we can’t wait to work with you.

She brought our vision to life as I struggled for years on how to best utilize an awkward kitchen space as well as extra dining room space. She shared ideas and created such a cozy space that we use daily for puzzles, meals, and board game nights. We also used our extra dining space for storage and a coffee and tea bar and as well as beverage cooler. Gina utilizes all space so it not only functional but also warm and cozy.
Gina was upfront with all costs so there was no surprise. She was affordable and stuck to our budget.

Transforming spaces: Before and after
Staging and Decorating Services: Taking an empty room and adding furniture, area rugs and decor can enhance the space. For any home owners who are looking to sell, I would suggest staging your home. Buyers have a hard time visualizing a space and staging helps to sell homes faster and for higher prices.
After: Buyers can truly visualize how they will live in this space. It feels calm and inviting. Whether you are looking to stage your home to sell or decorate your home to enjoy, I can help.
Before: The garage needed an organization system as well as some functional storage.
After: Since the client was in need of a mudroom, we built and installed the custom bench and shoe storage in the garage. We added the slat walls for increased organization and function.
Before: The old duplex had character, but it was outdated and needed a refresh.
After: We opened the wall and added the railing, changed the paint colors, added the picture frame moulding, new floors and light fixture. Now the space is modern, open and inviting.

Before: This living room felt old and dark. The space was beautiful with big doors and windows and we needed to bring it into the 21st century.
After: We chose a deep blue green paint color to fit the traditional home and color drenched the walls. We added linen curtains to accentuate the windows and we bought new furniture that fit the space and brightened the room.
Before: This entryway felt underutilized and bland.
After: We picked beautiful artwork for the walls, added the bench, pillows, light, mirrors and plants for texture.
